Math Dance Aerobics
This is a fun way to show your older students the art of making graphs through dance! I have see a lot of people use these dance moves as a supplement to their lessons, and get the students active by calling them "math aerobics". Try these out in your class today!
Quadratic Headbands!(This is more art enhanced, but it is so cute!!)
Visit this website for more information about these super cute headbands and how to make them with your students! As well as play a fun game to get them learning about Quadratic Equations!

Stained Glass Window Graph!
Check out the link below for a fun lesson on how to make stained glass window pictures with graphs of different equations of lines! Great way for students to practice their graphing skills, and learn about stain glass window as an art form.

Fibonacci Sequence and Music!- ArtsEdge Lesson Plan
Photo credit: http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/culture/stephenhough/100056655/music-and-maths-joined-at-the-hip-or-walking-down-different-paths/
Quote from ArtsEdge "Summary: Can a mathematician who lived 800 years ago teach us how to appreciate music? This hands on math and music lesson offers creative and intellectual opportunities. Using the Fibonacci sequence of numbers as the jumping off point, your students study math concepts of pattern, recursion, Phi and the Golden Ratio and develop their ability to analyze the structure of music. Students access the internet to learn about current trends in the field of math and discuss their practical applications. Music activities include choral singing, composing an original piece of music on paper, another on a keyboard, and a jam session."
